Foxxception LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Latinitas mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using Latinitas, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

We are committed to minimizing data collection. Here is what we may collect:

Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your name and email address.
Support Requests: If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your message.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as which features are used and session duration to improve the App.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and crash reporting purposes.
Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data to help us identify and fix bugs.

2.3 Purchase Information

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat as our subscription management platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. 4. Data Storage & Security

Your learning progress, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit your personal learning data to external servers.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect any information we do collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App may use the following third-party services:

RevenueCat: Subscription management and purchase verification
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: App distribution and payment processing
Expo: App development framework (may collect anonymous diagnostic data)

6. Children's Privacy

Latinitas is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
