1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Latinitas mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Foxxception LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Latinitas is an educational mobile application that teaches Latin through the traditional prayers of the Catholic faith. The App offers both free and premium (subscription-based) content, including interactive exercises, prayer translations, vocabulary training, and progress tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to provide information or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Latinitas offers a selection of prayers and exercises for free. Additional content is available through a premium subscription ("Latinitas Pro").

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium content until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

All content in the App — including but not limited to text, translations, exercises, graphics, user interface design, and software code — is the property of Foxxception LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The traditional Latin prayers included in the App are in the public domain. Our original translations, explanations, exercise content, and educational materials are proprietary.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any educational content, translations, or other information provided through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOXXCEPTION LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxxception LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Foxxception LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website at latinitasapp.com/terms or within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foxxception LLC regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
